Descrizione: Affittasi tipica casa in collina appena restaurata, a pochi km dalle principali località del nord Sardegna (20km da Santa Teresa, Palau e Arzachena - Costa Smeralda) nonché a soli 11km dal mare di Porto Pozzo (versante est) e Rena Maiore (versante Ovest), fatto questo che vi permetterà di trovare sempre una spiaggia riparata dove andare (solo l'ultimo km di strada, quello all'interno della tenuta privata, è costituito da una via sterrata; i restanti 10 sono una strada provinciale asfaltata).
L'abitazione è su una collina in una tenuta privata di 7 ettari ove è possibile fare escursioni ed è una tipica casa rurale sarda, costituita da 2 camere matrimoniali, di cui una storica, con antico letto di fine '800, un soggiorno, una cucina abitabile e un bagno con vasca e lavatrice.
E' inoltre in costruzione un patio con tavolo e sedie per pasteggiare all'aperto.
Infine è possibile parcheggiare nel piazzale antistante.
I prezzi, comprensivi delle pulizie pre e post soggiorno nonché di tutti i consumi, sono: maggio e ottobre 280 euro a settimana, giugno e settembre 300, luglio 350, agosto 450.
La sola biancheria da letto e da bagno, salvo casi particolari quali clienti in moto, rimane a carico del cliente poiché qualcosa di strettamente personale.
A seconda delle richieste affitto per periodi infrasettimanali e non impongo alcun numero minimo di notti di permanenza o un giorno fisso di arrivo; al contrario mi adopero il più possibile per andare incontro alle esigenze dei miei clienti.

To let a typical house on the hills, just renovated, located few kms far from the main towns of Northern Sardinia (20 km from Santa Teresa, Palau and Arzachena - Costa Smeralda), only 11 km far from the sea of Porto Pozzo (East side of Sardinia) and Rena Maiore (West side). This will allow you to always find a beach free from the wind where to go everyday.
Please note also that only the last km of the road, in the private estate, consists of a gravel road, while the remaining 10 are on a regional asphalt road.
The house is located on top of a hill in a private estate of 7 hectares where you can go hiking and it is a typical Sardinian house, called “stazzo”, with the rooms in line, each one next to the other one, so that all are exposed to the south and then to the sunlight. It is newly restored and furnished with everything necessary,including digital terrestrial TV decoder.
It consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is with historic furniture, with an old bed built at the end of 1800 and recently restored, a living room (with 2 possible additional single beds for a total of 6 beds), a kitchen and a bathroom with tub and washing machine.
It is also going to be built a terrace that will host a barbecue and a table with chairs to have meals outdoors.
Finally, there is the possibility of parking in front of the house.
Prices, including the before and after staying cleaning service and all the consumption (gas, electricity, water) are: May and October 280 Euro per week, June and September 300 Euro per week, July 350 Euro per week, August 450 Euro per week.
Only the bed and bath linen, except in special cases such as customers by bicycle or motorcycle, is charged to the customer because it is something personal.
I underline that I do not impose any minimum number of nights of stay or a fixed arrival day, like real estate agencies often do. On the contrary, I try to meet the needs of my guests and the final price will include only the real nights of stay!
Moreover I rent my “stazzo” also in periods outside the typical tourist season.

Typische Vermietung Haus in den Hügeln grade renoviert, befindet sich wenige Kilometer von den wichtigsten Lage im Norden von Sardinien, 20 km von Santa Teresa, Palau und Arzachena - Costa Smeralda, nur 11 km von Meer von Porto Pozzo (Ostseite von Sardinien) und Rena Maiore (Westseite). Der weg zum Strand ist wind geschützt (nur die letzten Kilometer der Straße im meinem privaten Anwesen).
Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in einem privaten Nachlass von 7 Hektar wo kann man Wandern und ist ein typisch sardischen Haus, neu renoviert und ausgestattet mit allem, was erforderlich sind, unter anderem den digitalen terrestrischen TV-Decoder. Er besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmer (ein ist historisch, mit alten Bett am Ende of '800 vor kurzem restauriert), ein Wohnzimmer (mit Möglichkeit 2 zusätzliche Betten für insgesamt 6 Betten), eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Es ist auch eine Laube gebaut, dass wird ein Tisch mit Stühlen für Essen im Freien. Schließlich gibt es die Möglichkeit des Parkens in der vor dem Haus.
Preise, auch vor und nach der Reinigung das Wohnzimmer und Verbrauch (Gas, Strom, Wasser) sind: Mai und Oktober 280 Euro pro Woche, Juni und September 300 Euro pro Woche, im Juli 350 bis Woche, 450 pro Woche im August.
Das einzige Bett und Bad / WC, außer in besonderen Fällen diese Kunden mit dem Fahrrad oder Motorrad, zu Lasten des Kunden, weil der etwas Persönliches.
Je nach den Bedürfnissen der Kunden ist auch möglich, zu mieten für die Dauer Wochenmitte und keine Mindestanzahl von Übernachtungen oder einem festen Tag der Ankunft, im Gegenteil, ich versuchen, die Bedürfnisse meiner Kunden.
Ich kann auch das Haus mieten, auch in Zeiten außerhalb der typischen touristischen Saison, aber immer Urlaub (nicht die jährliche Miete statt, weil in einigen Perioden, die Verwendung von meiner Familie).
